Thought
It might look too plain with only the blue dress, the cape look like a decoration and keep you a little more warm. But personally I don't think I would wear the cape if I wear this daily. I think it would look like too much, maybe I would just pick a necklace instead.
Size
I normally wear S-XS in Europe, but sometimes in Asian size I am a M
So I picked the M size and it's a little too big for me, but still acceptable as you can see on the photos. I wish that they would have more size in available.

Details
The fabric for the dress is thick with cotton that helps to keep more warm. There is not much problem with the details, beside some places you might need to cut the string yourself, but it was nicely sewed.
The belt was too big for me and so I made one more hole, as you can see on the second photo for the belt.

Yes, because the dress itself is well made. Although I did not like the cape too much, but I am glad that it's not sewed together, so I can just take it off and put it on when I need it.
I think it's worth the price, even just of the item is around that price on many shops.
