So I did not really try to read it at all, since my Chinese reading skills is not so great.
I understood like 3 character in one sentence....
But I don't think there much to know about how to use a black eyeliner.
I draw two lines with this eyeliner,
one thicker and a thinner one.
I tried rubbing it lighten up the eyeliner a little, but it's still there and won't smudge to everywhere that could create panda eyes. Then I added some water to rub it again and it come off easily.
My Thought
Drawing: This eyeliner is easy to draw with the eyeliner pen they provided and make it so much easier to bring it with you for a quick touch up when you need it. You can draw thick or thin lines easily as I have shown above.
Lasting: It lasts for a long time if not touching water, and don't make panda eyes. But I once wore it on super rainy day and that made my eyeliner really bad and when I got back home to look into the mirror... I found a panda... So it's good enough if it doesn't touch any water like rain, crying, swimming etc

Recommend to girls that want a cheap eyeliner and don't mind it's non waterproof.
