I want to try this out myself too, since I always had problem to get fit.
I don't dare to say that I am fat, many friends will dislike me for saying that. But I have some fat that are spread out unevenly...
You can see that my thigh is too thick to compared with other area and I have a lot of stomach fat!
(really visible when sitting down)
Since it will be a little hard to see on pictures if it's only a little difference, so I will take measurement weekly and tell you about it on the last post (I am shy) or maybe before that...
I am going to take a full body picture on each Monday for 3 weeks!
I think I will get more motivated to do it when I am posting everything up, so I cannot make any excuses and suddenly stop the whole work out program.
If there is not difference on next weeks picture, you can kindly tell me to work harder!!
