This is a workout program by Jillian Michaels, that you will get fit in 30 days.
There have been many reviews saying this work really good for them!
She have made videos on 3 levels
1 week = 1 level up
I want to try this out myself too, since I always had problem to get fit.
I don't dare to say that I am fat, many friends will dislike me for saying that. But I have some fat that are spread out unevenly...
You can see that my thigh is too thick to compared with other area and I have a lot of stomach fat!
(really visible when sitting down)
Since it will be a little hard to see on pictures if it's only a little difference, so I will take measurement weekly and tell you about it on the last post (I am shy) or maybe before that...
I am going to take a full body picture on each Monday for 3 weeks!
I think I will get more motivated to do it when I am posting everything up, so I cannot make any excuses and suddenly stop the whole work out program.
If there is not difference on next weeks picture, you can kindly tell me to work harder!!

I love Jillian Michaels! I actually saw her when she went on tour this year and she really has a crazy personality, haha. She actually said that she doesn't recommend the 30 Day Shred anymore because it was old theory... she came out with a new series called Extreme Shed & Shred.

You are not fat at all!! I still think that exercising a couple of times a week is very important though. Still, you look great!

DeleteI think your body is fine already but I don't see it in person it varies on photos though because me myself always said same and my friends would comment on my photos that it looks fine but reality is I have unevenly fat everywhere esp my tummy haha anyway I'm also doing a 30days workout for tummy and butt glad you decide on being fit. healthy living is superb! thanks for dropping by my blog again :)
