There is not much difference on these pictures for now... But I have already lost 1 kg!
I hope there will be a more obvious result on my 20th days !
I skipped this shred for two days, because I went hiking instead and I already got really tired after I got home. I also think that I already exercised well for hiking 2-3 hours on that day...
Although there is not much difference yet, I can feel that the muscles are building up from the inside. Building more muscles means they will eat up more calories and fat for me! Every time after the work out, I will sweat a little and it's quite tiring.
But you will feel great after the workout!
I will start to work on level 2!
