Simple Dream Catcher!

Dream catcher is originated from native American culture to protect the sleeper from bad dreams.

The net in middle will catch both good and bad dreams, they will send the good dreams trough the feather to the sleeper (I don't have feather at home now). The bad dreams will stay in the net until next mornings sun rise and then it will disappear.

I am not sure how the original one should exactly be like, but there are many peoples that are using it as a accessories now a days and I won't expect these to work even if a real dream catcher  really helps with bad dreams...

I watched a few Youtube videos online on how to make one, but I did not follow any of them all the way. I was wondering where to get the metal circle and thin rope for the net. 

Then I remember I had some round bracelet from when I was a kid, and they are in great size for the dream catcher and I suddenly found a thin rope in our house... 

I don't really know what that rope was supposed to be used for, but it works for me anyway! I also have some beads that I got from my auntie when I was younger and found some that suits my dream catcher!

In case you want to try making one!

What's needed:

 Some beads

One metal circle

Thin rope

Glue

Feather

(Suppose to hang feather on these rope that are hanging down, but I don't have it)

You can use it as a decoration at home or use it as a necklace!

I am planning to make one more after I found another rope!

(Thin rope is the only thing I am missing now...)

[Beauty Tips] Use Electric Toothbrush To Exfoliate Your Face

Have you ever heard about this before?

I know there are many beauty blogger or youtuber that already posted about this, but I did not know about the tooth brush idea from other peoples before I did it myself and then searched online if other peoples have done it before and if they got any great results. 

I found out that many peoples loved it and find it to be quite useful and effective!

How To Use:

- Make the face wash into bubbles and apply into your face

- Place the electronic toothbrush lightly over your skin 

- Move around in circle motions 

- Don't press the brush against your face, it can be too harsh for your skin!

Just place it lightly above !

- Recommend to use it once a day!

This product looks quite like a electric toothbrush and that's why so many beauty bloggers started to try with our electric toothbrush instead of paying 159 $

I have not tried the clarisonic one, but I have heard from other about the biggest difference is that clarisonic is much softer than a electronic toothbrush. So I would recommend to use the softest one you can get! But I have quite sensitive skin and using the medium brush without any problem.

But because it's actually harsher for the skin, so instead of two times. 

I only use it once a day with a face wash!

I have used the electronic toothbrush for almost one week now and here is what I think

Pros:

Exfoliate skin

Makes skin softer

Remove more dirt than with hand

Absorb other products better afterwards

Glowing skin

Can just use the one you have at home and only change the head!

Better blood circulations on your face

Cons:

Nothing yet!

[Beauty Review] Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred ( 10th Day! )

There is not much difference on these pictures for now... But I have already lost 1 kg!

I hope there will be a more obvious result on my 20th days !

I skipped this shred for two days, because I went hiking instead and I already got really tired after I got home. I also think that I already exercised  well for hiking 2-3 hours on that day...

Although there is not much difference yet, I can feel that the muscles are building up from the inside. Building more muscles means they will eat up more calories and fat for me! Every time after the work out, I will sweat a little and it's quite tiring. 

But you will feel great after the workout! 

 I will start to work on level 2!

[Clothes] One Of A Kind Hoodie in Black

This hoodie is featured in one of G-dragons music video. If you don't who is G-dragon, he is just a popular idol in Korea and a fashionista.

I bought this from E-bay and it cost 13.49 + 7.99 for shipping worldwide.

I was not sure which size I should order, because I don't want my hoodie to be tight and want it to be a little oversize. So I was struggled to pick M or L! Then I also struggled to pick black or white!

But the one featured on the music video was black and I won't need to worry too much over getting my clothes too easily dirty! (Yeah... I used to buy a lot of clothes in white color before...)

[Review] Senka Hoshitsu Lotion

This a lotion that contain Double Hyaluronic Acid with integrated Royal Jelly GL, that gives extra moisturize to your face and make it looks more smooth ! I love products that contain Hyaluronic Acid!

I have really dry skin and I can say this works wonder for me! I can see there is a huge difference even on first time using them. The white bottle work mostly the same, but with whitening effect that I don't really want. Because I have really sensitives skin!

I am having problem to focus my camera when I take full body shoots...

 Since I am taking the photos by myself with timer.

This shoes have a little of heels inside, you can see the difference here!

I were only standing normally with both feet.

[Review] Xuesu Living Regenerist Series Super Hydra mask

My sister ordered a big package of different kind of hydra mask!

I often use a hydra mask when I need to use make up on the next day, because it helps to make my skin more moisturized and the foundation will  looks more natural! 

(Sorry, for the messy hair !)

How to use:

Apply the mask sheet on after washing your face

Take it off 15 minutes after 

Massage the serum into the skin

Cleanse your face with water

Apply tonic and moisturizer as you normally do 

I have used this mask three times and I love everything about it!

[Review] Holika Holika Snail Cream

I bought this snail cream at Seoul in one of Dongdaemun's Holika Holika shop.

The sales recommended me this, because I have some redness in my skin and he said that this product can remove it. 

Snail Cream use a extract called "Mucin" that are taken from the slime from the snails, that have a high renewal energy. They claimed this product can removes dull skin colors and skin troubles. The time you are finish using with the third bottle, your skin should stay clean...

Application: 

Apply after skin toner

Mix small amount of cream with 2 drops of "Mucin"

Claimed Effect After Using:

1st bottle

 Skin glowing

2nd  bottle

 Keep your skin resilient

3rd bottle

Stay moisturize, smooth, clean and clear 

To be honest, I only used up one bottle and I don't see any difference so far. I should have used up all to make sure if it helps me or not. But personally I think this cream is not moisturize enough for my combination and sensitives skin... I have never found one gel textured cream that are good for me, so it will be better if you don't have any problem with gel texture cream.

Pros:

Pretty package

Light perfume smell (I like the smell)

Cons: 

Not moisturize enough for me

(but gel cream never worked for me)

[Beauty Review] Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred (START)

This is a workout program by Jillian Michaels, that you will get fit in 30 days.

There have been many reviews saying this work really good for them!

She have made videos on 3 levels

1 week = 1 level up

I want to try this out myself too, since I always had problem to get fit.

 I don't dare to say that I am fat, many friends will dislike me for saying that. But I have some fat that are spread out unevenly... 

You can see that my thigh is too thick to compared with other area and I have a lot of stomach fat!

 (really visible when sitting down)

Since it will be a little hard to see on pictures if it's only a little difference, so I will take measurement weekly and tell you about it on the last post (I am shy) or maybe before that...

I am going to take a full body picture on each Monday for 3 weeks!

I think I will get more motivated to do it when I am posting everything up, so I cannot make any excuses and suddenly stop the whole work out program. 

If there is not difference on next weeks picture, you can kindly tell me to work harder!!
